Terms and Conditions of Use

THIS AGREEMENT GOVERNS YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SERVICE (AS DEFINED BELOW). YOU ACCEPT THIS AGREEMENT AND ITS TERMS EITHER BY CLICKING A BOX INDICATING YOUR ACCEPTANCE OR BY PROCEEDING TO USE THE SERVICE.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH OR OTHERWISE ACCEPT THIS AGREEMENT, YOU MAY NOT USE THE SERVICE

“Agreement” means the IT Service Agreement entered into by the Client and the Provider to which these Terms and Conditions apply;
“Business Day” means, any day (other than Saturday and Sunday) on which ordinary banks are open for business in England;
“Commencement Date” means the commencement date for the Services and these Terms and Conditions as set out in the Agreement;
“Client” means the client as detailed in the Agreement;
“Equipment” means any equipment listed in the Agreement and shall include and any additional equipment supplied by the Provider;
“Fees” means the Provider’s professional charges under the Agreement;
“Provider” means MiSoftware Limited, a company registered in England & Wales under company number 15019989, the registered address 86-90 Paul Street, London, United Kingdom.
“Services” means the services to be provided by the Provider to the Client as set out in the Agreement;
“Software” means any and all programs, applications, instructions or similar that may from time to time be installed on the Client’s computer systems; and or accessed by the client or clients authorised users.
